What It Is: The Paper Tray / Paper Input Tray (also called the Paper Cassette, Sheet Cassette Assembly or Paper Received Tray) - the removable tray/cassette that holds and feeds the paper stack into the printer. A cracked, warped or loose-fitting paper tray causes paper to feed crooked or skewed, jam right at the tray opening, or the printer to intermittently fail to register a loaded tray at all.
