Warranty, Replacement & Return Policy

1. 30 Days Replacement Warranty

The following Working Original, Refurbished Original and Pulled Original Parts are covered under a 30 Days Replacement Warranty from the billing date:

Warranty Conditions

Warranty is applicable only for the specific part purchased from Max Printer Parts.
Warranty does not mean a cash refund; eligible defective parts will be replaced.
The returned part may be inspected before replacement is approved.
Physical damage, burn marks, liquid damage, broken connectors or improper installation may make the part ineligible for replacement.

The following cables are non-returnable and non-refundable:

5. New Original Parts – No Warranty

All types of New Original Parts are sold without warranty and are non-returnable/non-refundable, unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

6. Cartridge & Cartridge Spare Parts – No Warranty

The following cartridge and cartridge spare parts are non-returnable and non-refundable:

7. Refurbished Printer & Scanner

Refurbished printers and scanners are covered only for the parts specifically mentioned in the product listing/warranty terms.

Complete refurbished printers and scanners are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the product page or invoice.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in specific situations mentioned below.

For eligible Working Original, Refurbished Original or Pulled Original Parts, if:

The ordered item is unavailable/out of stock at our store, or
The parcel is officially confirmed as misplaced/lost by the courier,

we may process a 100% refund of the amount paid for the eligible item/order, subject to verification.

Refunds may be processed through:

UPI
Bank Transfer
Paytm
Google Pay
Other payment methods mutually agreed upon

Eligible refunds will generally be processed within 7 working days after confirmation and completion of the required verification process.

9. No Testing / R&D Orders

Parts are sold strictly for replacement and repair purposes.

We do not provide parts specifically for:

Testing
Research & Development (R&D)
Experimental use
Trial purposes

If a part is purchased for testing or experimentation, it will still be subject to the applicable warranty and return conditions mentioned on this page.

10. Replacement Only for Defective Parts

If an eligible warranty-covered part is found to be defective, Max Printer Parts will provide a replacement of the same part, subject to inspection and availability.

A defective part does not automatically qualify for a cash refund.

11. Incorrect Order / Wrong Part Ordered

Customers are requested to carefully verify the printer model, part number, compatibility and product description before placing an order.

If you accidentally order the wrong part:

Full refund will not be provided.
Applicable GST/tax and shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
The refund, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned item reaches our facility and passes inspection.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Important: Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about part compatibility.

12. Damaged Return

Returned products must be packed securely and sent in the same condition in which they were received.

If the returned product reaches our facility in a damaged, broken, burnt, physically altered or incomplete condition, the return/refund may be rejected.

Customers are advised to:

Use proper protective packaging.
Include all supplied parts/accessories.
Avoid removing or damaging product identification labels.
Keep the courier receipt and tracking details until the return is completed.

13. Return Shipping Charges

Unless the return is specifically approved by Max Printer Parts under an applicable warranty claim, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

For approved returns, customers are requested to use India Post or another economical and trackable courier service.

Please keep the courier receipt and tracking number until we confirm receipt of the returned parcel.

14. Return Confirmation

Once the returned parcel reaches our facility, we will notify the customer through the available contact method, such as WhatsApp, phone or email.

The returned product may be inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.

15. Important Compatibility Responsibility

Printer and scanner parts can vary by model, revision, region and part number.

Customers are strongly advised to verify compatibility before placing an order.

16. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on the Max Printer Parts website, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the applicable Warranty, Replacement, Return and Refund Policy.

The warranty/return conditions mentioned on the individual product page or invoice may apply where specifically stated.

Max Printer Parts reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine eligibility for replacement or refund according to the applicable terms.
