Warranty & Returns

  1. 30-Day Replacement Warranty
    We offer a 30-day replacement warranty from the billing date on specified printer parts and components that are confirmed defective. If a part arrives non-functional due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. 

  2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

    • Consumables (rollers, belts, gears, cables, trays, plastic covers)

    • Items without defects as described

    • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper installation

  3. When Refunds Apply
    Full refunds may be issued only if:

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The parcel was lost by the courier

    • The item is confirmed out of stock after purchase

  4. Refund Process
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back via your original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, Wallet, etc.).
