What It Is: The Fuser Assembly Sensor (also called the Fixing Unit Sensor, Delivery Sensor PCB Assy or Fuser Paper Exit Sensor) - the electronic sensor board mounted at the fuser's exit that confirms a page has passed all the way through the fuser and out of the printer. A faulty fuser assembly sensor causes a false jam error right after fusing even though the page has fully exited, or the printer stalling mid-job waiting for a page it thinks is still inside the fuser.
