What It Is: The Fuser Sensor Lever (also called the Paper Exit Sensor Lever, Delivery Arm or Fuser Paper Exit Lever) - the small mechanical arm inside the fuser assembly that physically flips as a page passes through, triggering the fuser exit sensor; distinct from the Fuser Assembly Sensor above, which is the electronic sensor board itself rather than the lever that trips it. A broken, stuck or missing fuser sensor lever causes a false or missing fuser-exit jam error even on a completely clear paper path.
