What It Is: The Paper Pickup Input Tray (on some Epson EcoTank models, also called the Hopper Tray, Hopper Assy or Paper Support Tray; on Brother inktank models, the Paper Cassette / Sheet Cassette Assembly) - the tray that holds and feeds blank paper into the printer's pickup rollers. A cracked, warped or loose paper tray causes paper to feed crookedly, jam on pickup, or fail to feed at all.
